Do I need accounts with all six tools?+

No. You use Lantern to request a search and review the results. Your plan covers our sourcing service, not separate subscriptions or logins to the underlying tools.

Which tools will you use for my role?+

We choose sources based on your role, requirements and preferences. For a side-by-side comparison, we use the same brief across the tools being compared and show which sources contributed to your shortlist.

What will I receive?+

A shortlist with profile links, relevant experience and the reasons each person matches your brief. Duplicate profiles are combined, and you can reveal which tools found each candidate.

How does the blind review work?+

The sourcing tool stays hidden while you review candidates. Pick who you’d interview, then reveal every tool that found them. Each person appears once, even when several tools found them.

What counts as a free search?+

One confirmed hiring brief. Clarifying messages and unfinished drafts don’t count toward your three free searches.

What happens after my three free searches?+
